These terms apply to purchases from this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Arteva Stories is an Indonesian sole proprietorship, based in Pondok Aren, Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia.
2. Our products
We sell framed wall art. Each piece is made to order: printed and framed by hand after you order. Product pages show the sizes, frame colours, materials and optional add-ons (matboard, acrylic protection). Every order travels in a wooden crate, which is included. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed piece.
Designs are © Arteva Stories. Buying a piece gives you the physical item, not the right to copy or reproduce the design.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if there is a pricing error or we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars (US$) and shown at checkout. They do not include import tax, GST or duties charged by customs in your country.
- You can pay with PayPal, or with a debit or credit card processed securely by PayPal. We do not accept any other payment method. Our team never sees or stores your card details; we receive only a payment confirmation from PayPal.
- Your bank or PayPal may charge currency-conversion fees. We do not control them.
5. Shipping, duties and risk
We ship from Indonesia to the countries listed on the Shipping page. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Import duty or tax (GST in Singapore, sales tax in Malaysia, or other charges) may be charged by customs, and are paid by you, the buyer. We cannot predict the amount. See Shipping for details by country. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, our Returns & Damage Guarantee applies.
6. Custom orders
For the Custom City Map you give us the location, orientation and colour tone. You are responsible for the details you provide. We send a design preview; production starts after you approve it, and we cannot refund errors that were visible in the preview you approved.
7. Cancellations and returns
See Returns & Damage Guarantee. In short: you can cancel for free within 24 hours of your order, as long as production has not started. After that the order is made to order and cannot be cancelled. If your piece arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you. Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or a wrong size or colour chosen, so please check before you order. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
8. Our responsibility
We take care to describe and make our products accurately. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
9. Religious and cultural content
Some of our designs include Arabic calligraphy and Quranic verses. We treat them with care. Product pages describe what the artwork shows; any English meaning line is given for understanding and is not a formal translation.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to your order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. This does not take away any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
